In JanuaryJudge Edward Cashman of Vermont sentenced a man who raped a girl repeatidly, ritualistically, from the time she seven until the age of eleven, to 60 days in jail. The nation was outraged as news commentators brought this incident to the forefront. Yet this is the norm in NY State. Where is the outcry? Don't get me wrong, there is an outcry, but the politicians are not hearing it. This year we are turning the volume up.

• Contact your District Attorney and discuss this issue with him or her.
